The hips are our center of stability & where we tend to hold emotions. Many things can contribute to tight hips whether we are standing or sitting for long hours a day, even running can cause tension & low back pain.

Come join Ashton as she guides you through as series of yoga poses to gain flexibility in the hips & create more core strength. We will blend movement & breathing exercises to help release tension & end with a guided meditation. Leaving you filled with a sense of clam throughout the body & mind.
