Class Descriptions:

Gentle Yoga -Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. ... No experience or flexibility required.

Yoga for All Levels - In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.All levels welcome, including beginners. Drop-ins welcome.

Power Yoga - Perhaps the most popular style practiced in the West, these classes keep you moving! You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga - Is your body craving support and to slow down? Take a midweek pause in this all levels Restorative Yoga practice. This class will be using props to hold the body up to let the mind wind down. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. This class is perfect to help you recover from illness, injury, overcome emotional depression and anxiety and to just slow down.

Yin Yoga - Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of energy.

Chair Yoga- Join teacher Abbie Hanson in this easy chair yoga practice. Yoga really is for everybody at any age, level or ability. If you are limited in mobility don't let that stop you from getting the benefits of learning deep breathing for stress relief, easy gentle movements to keep the blood circulating and meditation techniques to keep the mind calm and focused. Great for balance of mind and body!

Yoga Sculpt and Strengthen- Come join Ashton in this fun upbeat class. Yoga Sculpt and Strengthen is a great complementary class for your yoga practice. This class will use light weights to build on the foundations of some of your favorite yoga poses and flows. In this class we will be blending yoga, strength training, and cardio to help tone the body while building strength and stamina as well as gaining confidence and endurance.
