Prenatal Yoga 6 Week Course

Calling all Mom's to be. In this 6 week prenatal yoga series we will be learning breathing practices and yoga poses to help ease the transition of the changing body and prepare the warrior within for the experience of childbirth. Participants will leave feeling both relaxed and empowered as we create sacred space and bring reverence to this magical time in a woman's journey. No previous yoga experience in required. Please consult with your doctor or midwife before beginning prenatal yoga if you have any concerns. This class is limited to 6 participants. Class begins October 5 and ends November 9th. $80
